Updated Return & Refund Policy

Returning Goods

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • Registration: All returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team.
  • Tracking: Return packages must include a track & trace number. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Refund Process: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide:

  1. Order number
  2. Name of the damaged item
  3. Description of the defect
  4. Photographic proof of the damage or defect

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrived damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 7 days or without photographic evidence may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number
  • The item ordered versus the item received
  • A photo of the received item and packaging labels

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please complete the return process for your original item and place a new order.

Note for US Customers: For voluntary returns, international shipping costs to our warehouse in Singapore are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked carrier.
