At Vios Living, we work quickly to process and ship your orders.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing it.

If the order is already being processed: Please note that once the processing phase has begun, we reserve the right to refuse a cancellation request as the package may already be with our courier. In this case, we kindly ask that you wait until you receive the order, after which you may proceed with a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
