1. How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is easy! Browse our collections, select your favorite items, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you are ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details (including your Zip/Postal code), and your order will be on its way!

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, and Australia. There is no minimum spend required.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to get your style to your doorstep as fast as possible:

  • USA: 7–12 business days

  • UK & Ireland: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Vios Living purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.

5. Who pays the return shipping costs?

  • Standard Returns: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that returns are shipped to our central hub in Singapore.

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item is damaged, we will cover all return shipping costs.

6. Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to ensure you get the replacement item you want.

7. How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can follow your package's journey from our international warehouse directly to your door.

8. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us at info@viosliving.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.

9. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Please email us immediately. After 24 hours, your order has likely entered our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled, but it can be returned once received.

11. Will I have to pay customs duties?

Important Update for 2026:

  • USA: As of late 2025, the US government has significantly changed import rules. Most international shipments are now subject to duties and administrative fees regardless of value.

  • International (UK, CA, AU, IE): Your order may be subject to local VAT/GST and customs fees.

  • Responsibility: These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local guidelines to see the current rates for imports from Singapore.
